Job Description

  • Accurately entering data from invoices, receipts, and bank statements into accounting software.
  • Maintaining the general ledger.
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Generating financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Providing financial data to accountants and management.
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax documents.
  • Staying up to date on tax laws.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and correct errors.
  • At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping and reconciliation
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • BSBA- Major in Accounting
