Bookkeeper and Product Specialist Philippines (Remote)

We're aUS-based companyseeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedBookkeeper and Product Specialistto support our sales, operations, and finance teams with bookkeeping, pricing, quoting, and vendor coordination. This is a critical role that ensures both our financial records and product data are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with job requirements.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update vendor pricing spreadsheets.
- Gather and organize v1 prices for all sales support tickets.
- Proactively request monthly price updates and availability from suppliers.
- Generate quotes and monitor vendor performance.
- Review job details to identify special order requirements.
- Maintain a clear and current list of vendor sourcing by item.
- Track and flag low inventory levels.
- Weekly review of job profitability reports to identify pricing or margin anomalies.
- Record vendor invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain bookkeeping records.
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports for management.
What You Bring
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel).
- Solid bookkeeping and reconciliation experience.
- Excellent math abilities and attention to numerical detail.
- Ability to critically assess job requirements and product specifications.

- Strong communication skills in English for vendor and team coordination.
Nice to Have
- Experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
