Job Summary

The Bookings Assistant is responsible for managing and organizing booking information using Microsoft Excel. This role ensures that all bookings are accurately recorded, updated, and tracked to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update booking details in Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and schedules
  • Monitor booking availability and update status as needed
  • Organize and manage booking data for easy tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with team members regarding booking updates or changes
  • Check for errors or duplicate entries and correct them promptly
  • Prepare simple booking reports when required

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Good attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with spreadsheets or booking systems
  • Familiarity with formulas, sorting, and filtering in Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
