This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong. The Booking Appointment Setter will handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role will also include delivering exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring seamless scheduling processes to support our clients needs.

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Lead Generation and the ability to identify potential opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with scheduling software or platforms is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is advantageous
