This is a full-time, remote role for a Book & Speaking Engagement Agent (Commission-Based) supporting a bestselling author and thought leader. The role involves managing book-related activities, identifying and securing speaking engagement opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering strategic partnerships. The agent will be responsible for guiding literary projects, promoting publications, and expanding the author's reach through tailored event and marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in Literary Management and experience in handling book-related opportunities
• Familiarity with manuscripts and processes involved in their review and promotion
• Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building
• Knowledge and appreciation of Literature and Non-fiction genres
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience or interest in working with authors and in the literary industry
