Company Description

The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization dedicated to raising corporate governance standards and professionalizing corporate directorship in the Philippines. Founded in 1999 by Chairman Emeritus Dr. Jesus P. Estanislao, ICD was established in response to the Asian financial crisis to strengthen governance practices in the country. It is part of the Centers for Excellence in Governance (CEG) and serves as an accredited training institute for regulatory and government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Insurance Commission (IC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG).

Role Description

As the Board Services Program Coordinator, you will support client and consultant relationships to deliver high-impact board consultancy programs focused on corporate governance and strategy execution. Reporting to the Manager, you will support board evaluations and strategy planning by utilizing frameworks like PESTLE, SWOT, Strategy Maps, and Balanced Scorecards. Key duties include consolidating survey responses, creating engagement reports, and interfacing with client Board members and Executive teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent writing skills and effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effective teamwork, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor, with the initiative to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to use technology to improve work efficiency.
  • Willingness to work in Makati City and travel for client engagements outside the office.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Strong resourcefulness in setting priorities and keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in consolidating survey responses and preparing detailed analytical reports.
  • Relevant experience in writing, program management, strategy planning, or stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of strategic tools such as PESTLE, SWOT, Strategy Maps, and Balanced Scorecards is an advantage.
