Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Operator to be based in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator will provide support to Process, Blow-Fill and Downstream operations and maintenance (corrective and preventive), to ensure attainment of production goals and objectives.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities

• Operates equipment in Process (including CIP), Blow-Fill and Downstream in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Maintains safe working environment thru proper housekeeping.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedures, Company rules and regulations.
• Performs product sampling checks in assigned areas.
• Ensures that all materials (Raw, Packaging, Cleaning, Consumable) needed in the operation are in the production floor.
• Conducts materials inventory of Raw, Packaging and Factory Supplies every after-production run.
• Ensures that all machines are properly shut down and Standard Cleaning Procedures are followed.
• Performs appropriate corrective and preventive maintenance as needed / planned.
• Facilitates 3rd party helpers on their day-to-day activities and ensure that tasks and work assigned to them are properly executed.
• Ensures all materials (good and rejects) are properly segregated, weighed, labeled and placed in designated areas.
• Raise Behavior-Based Safety observations
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

What are the Qualifications

• Should be a College Graduate (minimum 4 years) of Technical Degree or Engineering, preferably licensed (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Experience in Food Manufacturing (Production Beverage) Aseptic experience is a plus.
• Possesses good planning, organizing, directing and communication skills.
• Can work proactively and stand hard work
