About The Role
As a CBRE BuildingEngineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairingbuilding system operations and the performance of various areas includingplumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems: Identify and fix issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance: Schedule and conduct regular maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
- Inspect and test systems: Regularly inspect and test building systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement building system upgrades.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct energy audits: Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure building systems comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

About You
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Facilities or Building systems.
- Has strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
- Can start ASAP
