BlackLine / OneStream Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a BlackLine / OneStream Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Financial Close and Consolidation solutions. The role involves working with finance and technology teams to build scalable solutions that streamline financial close, reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BlackLine and/or OneStream platforms, supporting implementations, system enhancements, integrations, and production support within enterprise finance environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support BlackLine and/or OneStream applications to improve financial close and consolidation processes

Participate in implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects for financial management solutions

Configure and maintain modules such as Account Reconciliation, Financial Close Management, Consolidation, Planning, and Reporting

Develop custom business rules, dashboards, workflows, and reports within OneStream

Support BlackLine reconciliation automation and financial close workflows

Work closely with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Perform system integration with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other financial platforms

Assist in data migration, validation, and testing activities (SIT/UAT)

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support and enhancements

Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related field

37+ years of experience in financial systems implementation or development

Hands-on experience with BlackLine and/or OneStream platform

Experience with financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes

Strong experience with system configuration, business rules, workflows, and reporting

Experience integrating financial systems with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consulting or professional services firms

Experience supporting full lifecycle implementations of financial management platforms

Knowledge of financial consolidation, EPM, and corporate performance management processes

Exposure to data integration tools, APIs, or middleware platforms

Relevant certifications in OneStream, BlackLine, or enterprise financial systems
