Location: South East Asia, fully remote

• International Scope: You will work closely with the commercial team in Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Korea, supporting product development, sales, and technical activities. • Provide technical guidance to subsidiary staff, ensuring best practices and knowledge transfer.

• Monitor and analyse competitor products and success cases to refine market strategies.

• Support the regulatory process for product registrations in different countries.

• Contribute to R&D activities, including product screening, development, and the selection of commercial partners and suppliers.

• Degree in Agronomy or related field

• 5 years experience in the biostimulants sector, with strong exposure to product development and technical support.

• Proven experience collaborating with R&D, sales, and technical teams.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Based in the Philippines, Malaysia or China
