Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Technician located in BGC, Taguig. The BIM Technician will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models to support design and construction projects. Daily tasks will include working with detailed construction drawings, coordinating models for theming, architectural fit out, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and collaborating with structural engineering and building services teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the BIM Technician will monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and assist in the implementation of advanced modeling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in related software tools
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their applications in construction for BIM MEP position
  • Knowledge of interior fit out, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and their applications in construction for BIM Architect position
  • Proficiency in developing and interpreting Construction Drawings
  • Understanding of Building Services and Structural Engineering principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in design-build or themed environment projects is a plus
