Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Specialist located in Pasig. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across projects, working closely with architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams. Day-to-day tasks will include managing BIM models, preparing and reviewing submittals, improving workflows, and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders to deliver high-quality and efficient project designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Knowledge in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in using the latest BIM and Digital Engineering tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in high-volume or large-scale construction projects is an advantage
