What You'll Do:
Production
- Optimizesmodels for performance and constructability and employs advanced techniques for clash detection solutions.
- Understands the company's BIM standards, workflows, and guidelines.
- Adheres to the BIM Execution Plans and BIM project workflow criteria as per Coordinators/Manager's instructions.
- Reads the Architectural, Structural, and MEPF sheets and translate them into proper BIM models.
- Gain familiarity with the requirements ofdifferent Levelsof Detail (LOD) in modeling.
- Proactively communicates any potential challenges or issues to the team.
Revit
- Authors,modifiesand maintains BIM Models and metadata.
- Producesaccuratedrawings based onthe projectrequirements.
- Abilityto navigate throughACCfolders and perform basic functions such as uploading,downloadingand organizing files.
- Attends company-led workshops to enhance BIM knowledge and continuously develop knowledge and skills.
