About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team at SMEC under the Surbana Jurong Group. In this role, you will support the Singapore Civil & Structural (C&S) team by producing high-quality BIM models and detailed drawings, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models, including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Produce detailed drawings using CAD software.
• Generate quantity schedules using BIM tools.
• Collaborate and coordinate with C&S, Architectural (AR), and MEP teams locally and internationally.
• Deliver BIM modeling and coordination works to meet project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in C&S projects is an advantage.
