Create and manage 3D models, collaborate with design teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), strong technical drafting skills, and project coordination abilities.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with possible site visits to assess project requirements.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, problem-solver, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Graduate of BS Architecture, Civil/Architectural, Drafting Technology, or related field.
- 1-6 experience in Revit modeling for Structural , Architectural, and MEPFS.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage, and SketchUp.
- Can run clash detection, create BIM libraries, generate shop/fabrication drawings.
- Familiar with ISO 19650 naming& version rules preferred.
- Basic understanding of architectural and construction processes, detailing standards, and shop-drawing practices.
