Your Role:

Role Overview:

As a BIM Modeller, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM). You will collaborate with project teams to deliver efficient and accurate designs that align with client expectations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Intermediate BIM Modeller

• Independently develop and manage complex BIM models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
• Review and refine models to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of BIM best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong experience with Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows.
• Communication:
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Experience Levels:
• Intermediate: 2-4 years of experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for Junior roles).
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
