We are looking for a skilled and forwardthinking BIM Modeler (UD2 AR) to support our architectural and project teams in delivering highquality BIM outputs for township and largescale developments. This role requires strong technical expertise in BIM platforms, a deep understanding of architectural design workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, workflows, and requirements for township and large-scale architectural projects.
- Plan, manage, and maintain 3D BIM data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project deliverables and standards.
- Coordinate with Engineers/Managers in-charge and prepare submission drawings for regulatory authorities.
- Produce architectural tender drawings and detailed BIM models in both 2D and 3D formats using software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
- Drive BIM and VDC adoption to optimize design coordination, construction processes, clash detection, and project efficiency.
- Work closely with project teams to innovate, leverage advanced tools, and develop solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Support multi-disciplinary collaboration by ensuring model integrity and maintaining organized project documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with advanced BIM technologies in the architectural discipline.
- Proven experience using BIM tools to produce working drawings and coordinated models.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, 2D CAD, and other visualization or simulation tools.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and circulars issued by Singapore's regulatory agencies is an advantage.
