BIM Modeler/Coordinator

DARBIM is seeking an experienced BIM Modelers/Coordinators based in Southeast Asia to join our team. As a full-time BIM Modeler/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for our diverse range of engineering projects. You will be working from home

The open positions:

• 2 BIM Modelers/Coordinators (ARC/STR/ID)
• 2 BIM Modelers/Coordinators (MEP)

What you'll be doing

• Create high-quality 3D BIM models and associated deliverables to support the design and construction process
• Provide BIM-related support and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices
• Coordination across disciplines and preparation of shop drawings

What we're looking for (Please read carefully)

• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a BIM Modeler (Architectural, Structural and MEP) with proficiency in the use of Revit and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of BIM principles and workflows
• High performance laptop or workstation
• Experience in Coordination across disciplines.
• Applicant must be based in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand...)
• Applicant must be able to join immediately upon agreement.
• Applications from Europe and South America will not be considered.
