Job Title: BIM Production Manager
Department: Digital Engineering & Production
Reports To: Operations Director / Head of Projects
We are seeking a results-driven BIM Production Manager to lead the operational delivery of BIM projects and ensure high-quality, on-time production outputs. This role focuses on production assurance, translating project requirements into actionable schedules, optimizing workflows, and supporting BIM teams to deliver accurate and efficient models.
The successful candidate will manage resource allocation, enforce submission quality standards, oversee BIM governance, and provide technical and operational support to maintain production efficiency. You will act as the bridge between client expectations and production realities, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, and deadline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage BIM production schedules, manpower allocation, and deliverable timelines
Ensure quality control, data integrity, and adherence to BIM Execution Plans
Optimize workflows and implement automation to improve productivity
Provide technical oversight for BIM tools, systems, and team performance
Monitor production metrics to proactively prevent delays and rework
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
68+ years of BIM experience, including production leadership
Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and workflow automation (Dynamo/Python preferred)
Proven ability to manage BIM teams and high-volume project delivery
