Your impact

Define and implement BIM standards and processes; lead coordination, model governance and digital delivery across data-centre projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish BIM standards and templates; monitor adherence across projects.
  • Collaborate with BIM designers, architects, engineers, IT and clients to improve practices.
  • Set processes for clash management, software updates and troubleshooting; lead coordination meetings.
  • Provide training and mentorship in BIM best practices; manage common data environments (CDE).

Here's what you'll need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture with strong MEP/Revit background.
  • 8+ years in BIM management; expertise in Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650, local BIM standards and data-centre delivery requirements.

Preferred Experience & Skills


  • Experience integrating models into federated systems and governing data quality.
