Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and libraries at project and corporate levels.
- Ensure BIM practices are consistent and meet industry standards
- Conduct internal training and promote BIM to raise staff awareness and skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in BIM practices.
- Author BIM execution plans and lead various stakeholders to run BIM projects.
- Maximize the value of BIM in engineering projects, including drawing production, system analysis, and Bill of Quantities.
- Lead the BIM team and develop skills in various BIM technologies.
- Ensure the team is proficient in BIM software and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Building Construction Engineering or related field.
- Professional member of BIM associations.
- Minimum 8 years experience using BIM in building design or construction projects.
- Ability to lead a team of BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers, and Design Engineers to complete BIM projects.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, 3D Max, Point Cloud, Fuzor, BIM360.
- Good communication skills with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Good command of English.
