Leighton Asia is seeking a skilled and passionate BIM Engineer to join our team!
Location: Alphaland Southgate Mall, Makati City
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Dayshift
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review BIM models following company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as consultants and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct clash detection and generate construction/shop drawings using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Leighton's protocols.
- Support the preparation of technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling and drafting experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
- Knowledgeable in BIM coordination, clash analysis, and construction simulation.
