BIM Coordinator

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for project-level model coordination, clash detection, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards. The role supports digital collaboration among disciplines.

• Manage federated models for assigned projects
• Conduct clash detection and issue tracking.
• Ensure model compliance with BEP and BIM standards.
• Maintain model health (naming, worksets, file structure).
• Support CDE uploads and document control procedures.
• Assist in BIM coordination meetings and reporting.
• Provide technical support to project teams.
• Support in Performance and KPI monitoring of BIM Task Team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years BIM modeling/coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks / ACC
• Understanding of LOD and model-based workflows.
