BIM Architect

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growingteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managingarchitectural BIM models, ensuring design accuracy, and coordinating withmultidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit and

related software.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and 3D models for

various project stages.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free

and accurate models.

Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve design and technical issues.

Ensure compliance with building codes, client requirements, and project

standards.

Assist in project presentations, design development, and technical

documentation.

Implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.

Review and ensure quality control of all architectural deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred).

Proven experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar role.

Advanced knowledge of using Revit Architecture, BIM 360, and other related

BIM tools.

Strong understanding of building design, codes, and construction practices.

Ability to lead coordination efforts and solve complex design issues.

Creative and analytical thinker with strong presentation skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
