Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor Statements of Account (SOA) for property owners
Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation
Handle daily collection reports and deposits (cash & checks)
Send collection notices and follow up on outstanding balances
Assist in billing, collection, and financial-related tasks
Prepare monthly reports (delinquent accounts & collection summary)
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
With experience in billing and collection is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferably residing near South Forbes or within Silang, Cavite
