Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Billing Specialist. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing client billing processes, issuing invoices, ensuring accurate accounting, and facilitating efficient payment tracking. Additional responsibilities include handling insurance billing processes and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements:

35+ years of ABA medical billing experience

Strong knowledge of ABA coding, modifiers, EVV, Medicaid rules, and authorizations

Experience with high-volume billing workflows (20+ providers)

Strong written communication and clear documentation habits

Comfortable working with engineering/design to improve billing tooling

High attention to detail and strong follow-through

Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

Bonus: experience with MSO models, group NPI structures, or rapid-growth operations
