This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Associate located in Makati. The Billing Associate will handle processes related to billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies. Responsibilities include liaising with patients and stakeholders for any billing inquiries, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. Timely and accurate financial documentation is an essential aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
• Strong background in Finance and familiarity with financial documentation
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
• Prior experience in medical billing or healthcare finance is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
