Job Description

Assists the Unit Lead in ensuring that assigned Collection Assistants shall meet their individual target to achieve the group goal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assists in the day to day operations of the team.

2. Handles the distribution of accounts for callout.

3. Monitors performance of assigned Collection Assistants based on the agreed daily callout target. 4. Assists in providing technical support to the Collection Assistants by coordinating with the concerned department.

5. Receives call escalation, resolves client concerns or further escalate to the Unit Lead, if necessary. 6. Oversees the team during their working hours. Renders overtime work as needed.

7. Prepares reports needed by the Unit Lead such as Callout Productivity Report, Agent Performance Report, and others as may be needed.

8. Performs call audits.

9. Ensures that standard call-out spiels, email templates and SAP Z-diary tagging are being done by the Collection Staff.

10. Prepares list of accounts for sending of collection reminder message thru SMS and Tagging in SAP Z-diary.

11. Sends to Sales Group the list of uncontacted accounts and accounts with Notice of Cancellation for any update.

12. Performs callout to Bulk Accounts when assigned.

13. Reviews and executes created CRM tickets by the assigned Collection Assistants.

14. Conducts coaching and training to improve productivity of Collection Assistants.

15. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be a graduate of any business course or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate or call center.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory work experience preferably in collection.
