ABOUT THE ROLE
The Billing and Accounts Administrator role will ensure Steadfast Technology Services delivers timely and accurate monthly invoicing for our Broker clients and partners.
This is pivotal role that supports technologies overall quoting, invoicing and agreement generation functions. Working with the CFO and Finance Product Specialist, you will be providing overall administrative support and maintaining accurate financial records.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage endtoend billing for licensing, cloud usage, premium funding, Professional Services, and migrations.
- Process daily receipting for AU & NZ, including allocations, reconciliations, and exception resolution.
- Respond to billing, agreement, and admin queries via shared inboxes within SLA and escalate when required.
- Manage debtors, overdue followups, and unallocated cash investigations.
- Prepare accurate quotes, invoices, agreements, and maintain all billing documentation.
- Oversee DocuSign workflows and maintain master agreement records.
- Support legal agreement issuance, filing, and annual INSIGHT agreement renewals.
- Assist Product teams with licensing counts, monthly licence updates, API reviews, and reporting.
- Support Azure cost reporting, cloud billing, and cost recovery activities.
- Maintain financial dashboards, respond to queries, update data, and assist with balances and reconciliations.
- Keep internal documents, policies, procedures, and templates up to date and versioncontrolled.
- Action Freshdesk billing and agreement tickets promptly and accurately.
- Support monthly financial processes including ledger balancing, reconciliations, exception reporting, and invoice runs.
- Maintain client communication records and documentation repositories.
- Assist with preproduction monitoring and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare management reporting across billing, receipting, licensing, cloud usage, and debtor performance.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a finance team or insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or technology.
- Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, SharePoint.
- Excellent written communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to proofread.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong customer focus and professional manner.
- Strong time management skills.
- Agile and flexible in your approach.
