Job Description

Responsibilities:

Service Support Solution includes diagnosis, resolution and reporting of customer issues and questions relating to Online Video Streaming paid content products.

Service channels may include inbound phone, email, chat, and potentially video conference.

Technical Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Written and Verbal Vietnamese language proficiency.
  • Experience / ability to translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a Vietnamese Bilingual account or any similar experience
  • Open to College Undergraduates and College Graduates
