We are seeking a Bilingual Project Coordinator / Project Management Professional to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication between diverse teams, and managing project timelines efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and resources across various teams
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects in a timely manner
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between team members in both languages
- Organize meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring all materials are bilingual
- Support project managers in maintaining project documentation and schedules
- Identify risks and issues and propose solutions to keep projects on track
- Liaise with clients and partners to ensure project requirements are met
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language
- 3-6 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges
