Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Russian and English. This role involves managing customer interactions via email and phone, resolving discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, and escalating complex issues to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Support (80%): Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to accounts, travel, and reservations through Microsoft Dynamics. Ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses.
- Outbound Calls (15%): Make follow-up calls to customers and verify reservation details to ensure accuracy and resolve outstanding issues.
- Inbound Calls (5%): Receive and assist customer calls, providing effective solutions and support.
- Contact vendors via phone or email to resolve mismatches in customer details.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the client and document all customer interactions using client tools.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Russian and English.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
- Strong comprehension and attention to detail.
- Consistent and reliable attendance record.
