What are you expected to do
- Accurately and efficiently process accounts receivable transactions while maintaining ownership of the numbers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve policies and recommend smarter, more effective processes.
- Handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Support internal and external audits with confidence and attention to detail.
- Prepare, post, and process cash receipts promptly to ensure steady cash flow.
- Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Manage collection efforts and related functions to ensure consistent follow-up and results.
Youll be a great fit if:
- You hold an Associates degree or Bachelor in Accounting or a related field with 13 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience.
- You excel in AR functions, including collections, invoicing, and reconciliations, with a strong understanding of Australian accounting practices and can work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in accounting systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Navision and eager to deepen your expertise.
- You bring advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, and thrive on analyzing data with precision to catch what others might miss.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly with teams across the business.
- You perform best in a supportive onsite environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork drive results.
