Position Overview

Our Bid Manager leads the end to end development of high quality, compelling proposal responses to effectively represent our brand, solutions, and capabilities. TThis role is critical in representing our brand and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced, global environment. You will collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to showcase our award-winning services and drive business growth. The Bid Manager ensures each submission is strategically aligned, compliant, persuasive, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate excels at project management, solution storytelling, cross functional coordination, and thrives in high stakes, deadline-driven environments.

Proposal Leadership & Content Development

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of proposals, from opportunity kickoff to submission.
  • Integrate win themes and strategic differentiators into all proposal sections.
  • Build customized proposal content, research relevant inputs, analyze requirements, and personalize narrative to client needs.
  • Conceptualize graphics with our design teams, collaborate with design resources to enhance storytelling.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan.
  • Coordinate resources and contributions from executives and global support teams.
  • Facilitate timeline alignment, content reviews, and approval checkpoints.
  • Set clear expectations with internal contributors to ensure high-quality engagement and outputs.

Quality, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all solution elements adhere to business controls, compliance frameworks, and required methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable documentation throughout proposal development, including controlled evidence and version history.
  • Oversee document hygiene, formatting, and consistency across proposal volumes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with executives and global leaders to showcase narratives to accurately portray our capabilities.
  • Engage SMEs to validate technical, operational, and commercial content.
  • Build strong relationships to improve collaboration, speed to proficiency, and proposal quality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across executive, technical, and operational audiences.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong followthrough.
  • Ability to thrive and innovate in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Problem-solving and initiative to bring projects through to the finish line
  • Ability to collaborate in real time through video conference from a work at home environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Minimum 3-5+ years proven experience in proposal management or technical writing.
  • Experience producing complex proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with sales/marketing concepts, practices, and procedures. Familiarity with BPO industry, related technologies, AI products preferred.
  • Strong experience with MS Office suite, Google tools. Adobe product experience, online publishing are also valuable.
