A leading real estate services firm that offers flexible space solutions, research and insights, and property management is currently looking to hire a Business Intelligence Support Analyst to be part of their progressing team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for enterprise-wide BI solutions, ensuring system stability, availability, and performance while driving continuous enhancements.
- Design and implement advanced solutions with PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, Design Studio, and Alteryx to resolve complex issues and shift support from reactive to proactive optimization.
- Collaborate across data engineers, analysts, and executives to architect BI frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Build predictive monitoring systems to preempt performance issues and autonomously resolve bottlenecks.
- Establish scalable documentation, governance standards, and robust data quality frameworks using SQL and Alteryx.
- Manage enterprise support prioritization, balancing technical needs with business impact under SLAs.
- Drive automation with Power Automate and Alteryx workflows, reducing manual intervention.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to position BI capabilities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Demonstrate advanced communication, influence, and negotiation across diverse stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple complex workstreams independently, mitigating risks and adapting priorities strategically.
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate
- At least 2 years of progressive experience architecting and optimizing enterprise-scale business intelligence solutions, in complex, multi-platform environments.
- Advance-level proficiency in Power BI ecosystem, including DAX, complex data modeling, and enterprise deployment strategies to deliver sophisticated analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
- Strong SQL expertise including performance optimization, complex query writing, and data pipeline development across large-scale databases.
- Strategic problem-solving capabilities with proven success implementing comprehensive technical solutions that address systemic challenges across the organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business value and influence decision-making at management levels
- Must have a good communication skills
- Immediate starters is ideal
- Willing to work on AU shift (starts at around 6 or 7am) but should be open to work on other schedules as well
- Should be willing to work onsite at least 2x a week (McKinley West office)
