BI Developer (WFH)

Description

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making.

• 3 months contract
• Work From Home | amenable to report on-site if needed (GT Tower, Makati)
• can start ASAP | December 1, 2025
• Salary Offer: Php 87,000 + 3,000 non-taxable allowance

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions that effectively meet business needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data sources.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes.
• Optimize data models and ETL processes for improved performance and efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI tools and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence development or related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis using tools like Excel or R.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.
