Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Omni Channel Solutions, your role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that optimize clients performance across connected commerce, shopper marketing, retail media, and omnichannel environments. You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple internal and external sources to support strategic planning, performance measurement, and business optimization initiatives.

Your insights will support category reviews, campaign performance analysis, assortment and pricing strategies, digital shelf optimization, and executive scorecards. By combining strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, you help stakeholders understand shopper behavior, identify performance gaps, and uncover growth opportunities in an increasingly complex retail ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding sales, marketing, shopper insights, eCommerce operations, and BI/data engineeringto deliver clear, actionable insights. Your ability to translate complex datasets into compelling visual stories and concise recommendations will directly contribute to improving brand visibility, conversion, and overall marketplace performance.

DAILY DELIVERABLES

  • Provide analytical support for connected commerce initiatives, including Shopper Marketing, Digital Shelf, Retail Media, and Managed Services, leveraging CPG, retailer, and digital data sources.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.
  • Build and maintain data models, queries, and calculations to support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Automate reports and data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor data quality issues and work with data engineering or IT teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support performance tracking by defining and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation for reports, dashboards, and data sources.
  • Stay current on BI tools, analytics best practices, and emerging data technologies.

Skills And Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Solid experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with data warehouses is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with automation, data modeling, or scripting (e.g., Python, DAX) is an advantage.
