Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the administration and processing of government-mandated benefits, loans, remittances, and company benefits. Ensures timely and accurate handling of both internal and external benefit-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process government-mandated loans and remittances
  • Handle external and company loan administration
  • Administer company benefits (HMO, GLI, and other external benefits)
  • Process benefits claims and related transactions
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Perform other benefits-related tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4)-year course
  • Preferably with experience in HR, particularly in statutory benefits administration
  • Detail-oriented and service-oriented
