Job Summary:
Responsible for the administration and processing of government-mandated benefits, loans, remittances, and company benefits. Ensures timely and accurate handling of both internal and external benefit-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process government-mandated loans and remittances
- Handle external and company loan administration
- Administer company benefits (HMO, GLI, and other external benefits)
- Process benefits claims and related transactions
- Maintain and update employee records
- Perform other benefits-related tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4)-year course
- Preferably with experience in HR, particularly in statutory benefits administration
- Detail-oriented and service-oriented
