Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to promote and sell SKINTIFIC skincare products in mall-based stores. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:- At least a High School Graduate
- With sales experience in skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products (advantage)
- Previous experience in Watsons is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented
- Goal-driven and able to meet sales targets
- Willing to be assigned in mall-based stores
- Willing to be under agency employment
- Willing to accept minimum rate plus incentives
Responsibilities:- Promote and sell SKINTIFIC skincare products
- Assist customers by providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper product display and ensure store cleanliness
- Submit accurate sales reports and coordinate with Team Leader/Supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
