Job Summary:
The Beauty Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting suitable beauty and skincare products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for beauty and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products based on their needs.
- Demonstrate product usage and explain features and benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and beauty trends.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate; College level is an advantage.
- With experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Presentable and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work during mall hours, weekends, and holidays on a shifting schedule.
