As a member of the Front of House (FOH) Food and Beverage team, youll be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations. Youll welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphereall while providing a top-tier dining or hospitality experience.
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas (tables, service stations, etc.)
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
- Process payments (cash, card, or digital) using POS systems
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for service (including cleaning, polishing glassware/cutlery, restocking supplies)
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Uphold the venues brand, values, and service standards
- Previous FOH or customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens (training provided)
- POS system experience is a plus
