Barista role offers the opportunity to develop your barista skills and be a part of the growth and success of one of the largest food service companies in the Philippines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and support colleagues as required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service-oriented role in the food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, equipment, and drink recipes
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and improve your barista skills
- Knowledge and expertise in latte art-making
