Bravefoods Global Holdings Inc. is looking for a dedicated
Milkman/Milkmaid (Barista) to join our team at our FRNK location in Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our milkbar. As a Milkman/Milkmaid, you will be an integral part of delivering our premium milk-based products and creating a memorable experience for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of milk-based drinks and dishes to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked milkbar area to ensure optimal customer experience
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations
- Assist with inventory management, product ordering and other operational tasks as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Work collaboratively with the broader FRNK team to support the overall success of the business
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Passion for milk-based products and a desire to learn more about the industry
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
