Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Banquet Manager at The Palace Manila, located in Metro Manila. The Banquet Manager will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with staff and vendors, supervising food and beverage operations, and ensuring high standards of customer service. In addition, the Banquet Manager will oversee hiring and training processes to ensure a skilled and professional team.

Qualifications

• 35+ years experience in banquets/events operations, ideally in multi-venue hospitality, hotel
• Strong leadership in fast-paced environments with multiple simultaneous functions.
• Knowledge of BEO processes, service sequences, event set-ups, and staffing models
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to manage and coordinate with team members and clients
• Strong operational discipline: SOPs, checklists, inventory control, and reporting.
