Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
MBA or Master's degree (preferred)
Experience
510 years banking experience
25 years in supervisory or branch leadership role
Experience in sales, lending, and branch operations
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas guidelines)
Financial analysis and credit evaluation skills
Leadership and team management
Sales and customer relationship management
Risk management and compliance
Budgeting and performance monitoring
Technical Skills
Banking systems and CRM software
Microsoft Excel, reporting tools
