Key Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of company bank accounts to support reliable financial reporting.
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records and verify the accuracy of transactions.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or reconciling items in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all bank reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in monitoring bank transactions and ensuring that all cash movements are properly recorded.
Support the finance team in maintaining organized financial records and improving reconciliation processes.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, reporting standards, and internal control procedures.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Head of accounting, bank reconciliation, or finance-related roles.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience Using ERP Systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the team.
Leadership capability and ability to guide or support team members when needed.
