Bancassurance Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Sales Executive located in Paraaque. The Bancassurance Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients of the Bank of the Philippine Islands. This involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering personalized insurance solutions. Additionally, the role will include providing excellent customer service and achieving individual and team sales targets.

• Sales and marketing skills, including customer acquisition and relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Organizational and time management abilities to achieve sales targets and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of financial services, insurance, or banking industries is an advantage
• Proactive attitude, results-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
