POSITION: BAKING ASSISTANT / BAKING COACH

The Baking Assistant / Baking Coach is responsible for assisting clients or customers in baking and decorating cakes and pastries.
Duties And Responsibilities
- FOH Staff
- Ensure the clients or customers will be given all their needs during their baking session.
- Provide accurate information about the baking tools, ingredients and baking procedure to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide solution and feedback if problems occur during the baking session
- Provide baking tips to the clients
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
Qualifications
- College Level or Certificate Course related to Food or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in baking, baking assistant, customer service, service crew, or related work experience in the food industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by bakers.
- Good to Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Amenable to work 6 days a week with 1 day off
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (Morning / Mid / Night Shift)
NOTE: Successful applicant will undergo paid training to familiarize the position.
