Summary:

The Baker I is a senior baking professional responsible for the independent production of high-quality breads and baked goods for resort outlets and events. The role ensures consistent quality, food safety compliance, and may supervise junior bakery staff.

Key Duties:

• Produce a wide range of baked goods independently
• Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
• Supervise and guide junior bakers
• Assist with production planning and inventory control

Qualifications:

• Culinary/baking certification preferred
• 5+ years professional baking experience, ideally in a resort or hotel
• Strong technical and leadership skills
