Your role
As a Backend Software Engineer, You Will
Software Design & Development
- Design and implement software components that meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Execution & Maintenance
- Maintain and enhance existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to internal users and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Process & Documentation
- Follow established development processes, contributing to documentation and project artifacts.
- Maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and long-term system sustainability.
- Continuously learn and share expertise to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Non-negotiables
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong experience with .NET C#, Azure Cloud, SQL, and NoSQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
Preferred skills/expertise:
- Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to database management systems and API integrations.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
